FORMAT FOR PAPERS
1. INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARING YOUR
FINAL MANUSCRIPT

The paper should be prepared as specified below:
• The manuscripts must be prepared in English in double - column format on
A4 (210mm x 297mm/8.3'' x 11.7'') size paper.
• The paper should not exceed 6 pages including tables and figures.
• The margins around each page must be as follows:
top = 2.5 cm, bottom = 2.5 cm, left = 2.5 cm, right = 2.5 cm.
• The width of each column must be 7.7 cm with a column separation of 0.6
cm.
• The first page of the manuscript must contain the title of the paper,
author's name (s), affiliation(s) and e-mail addresses, all centred on the
top of the page and spanning both columns. The top margin for the title on
the first page must be 5 cm. There must be one-line separation between the
title, the author name(s) and the author affiliation(s). A two - line
separation is required between the author affiliation(s) and the start of
the main text.
• An abstract not exceeding 100 words must be included at the beginning of
the paper, on top of the left column followed by keywords.
• Font and spacing: Times New Roman font and single-space typing.
• The font sizes should be as follows:
Title: 14 bold, ALL CAPITALS
Author(s): 12
Affiliation(s): 10 italic
e-mail addresses: 9
Abstract: 9 bold
Main text: 10
Headings: 10 bold
Subscripts: 7
Superscripts: 7
• Section headings must be typed in all capital letters and numbered (like
1,2 etc) and centered in respective columns. Sub headings must be numbered
(like 1.2 , 3.1.2 ) and left adjusted to the respective column.
• All figures and tables should be placed in the main body of the paper.
• Paper(s) will be published in black and white, so tables and figures must
be prepared accordingly.

SUBMITTING YOUR FINAL MANUSCRIPTS
In order that your manuscript is published in the proceedings the following
conditions must be satisfied:
1. At least one of the authors must have registered by paying the
Registration fee before the dead line.
2. Your paper need be presented by one of the authors*.
3. The paper must be submitted from the
PAPER SUBMISSION page.
4. Papers poorly produced and not according to the format will not be
published.
* In case of emergency situation, if an author can not come for
presentation, there will be no refund of the registration fee and an
additional fee will be charged for posting of the proceedings.
