Only
academic staff can use ILL service. In this concept cooperate
with Eastern Mediterranean University, Bogazici University, Bilkent University and Middle
East Technical University Libraries.
In order
to use ILL, the academic staff must apply to the EUL Library with
the form certified by his/her own library.
If the book borrowed from EUL Library is damaged, lost, the
responsibility belongs to the university library that requested the
book.
The users who want to request
book / material from EMU, BOUN, BILKENT and METU Libraries through ILL has to fill in and sign
the "Request Form" provided by the library directorate.
Reference resources, periodicals,
audio-visual materials can not be borrowed by ILL.
