Student Information System
The EUL offers a service called “Student Information System” on its site (http://obs.eul.edu.tr/obs/ ) which enables students to reach the information related to their GPA, CGPA, Transcripts and course registration easily. In order to benefit from this service, students should browse the address mentioned above and:
On the information entrance screen click “Register”,
First, enter your student number and then click "OK",
Enter your birth date without any space,
Decide on a user name and password,
Click “Send”.

Academic Accomplishment Levels
HIgh honor: Student who takes the semester class load and has a GPA of 3.50-4.00 is entitled to a “High Honor” degree.
Honor: Student who takes the semester class load and has a GPA of 3.00-3.49 is entitled to a “Honor” degree.
SatIsfIed: The academic performance of the student who has a GPA of 2.00 – 2.99 is regarded as “Satisfied”.
UnsatIsfIed: The academic performance of the student who has a GPA lower than 2.00 is regarded as “Unsatisfied”.
Absenteeism
Attendance is taken at the beginning of each lesson. %70 attendance at the Faculties and % 80 attendance at Preparatory School is compulsory; students who fail to fulfill this condition are regarded as irregular. Absenteeism right/allowance is given to students for cases of health emergencies and conditions which prevent students from attending the classes or international/national competitions and activities between universities. Within this respect, students are advised to keep records of their own absenteeism in order to prevent possible problems at the end of the semester.
Bursary
The bursar students at our university get “bursary for education fees” throughout their education period including preparatory program and they go on receiving the bursary as long as they fulfill the conditions. Students who have a GPA of 3.50 and more are awarded with academic achievement bursary for the following semester according to their CGPA within the frame of the provisions of bursary regulation. Bursary is terminated in case that the CGPA of the student is lower than 2.00 and he/she can not get it unless reaching the CGPA of 2.00. This condition is valid for all types of bursaries. In case that the student fails at the Preparatory School, he/she cannot get the bursary unless he/she succeeds at the preparatory program.
