Application Procedure
APPLICATION PROCEDURE, APPLICATION FORMS & ONLINE APPLICATION
Intakes :
The European University of Lefke offers courses with two intakes per academic year. These intakes are for October (Fall Semester) and February (Spring Semester).
Applications are accepted for a particular intake starting one semester prior to the semester required.
Fall Semester Intake :
Applications for Fall Semester intakes for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes are done in the previous semester prior to the year of admission. Students applying to the Fall Semester (October) should apply during the period of April 1st – August 31st.
Spring Semester Intake :
The dates for Spring Semester (February) for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes are during the period of Octber 1st – January 15th.
Application Forms :
Students may download application forms from the EUL website to start their application procedure.
Prospective students are required to fill out the application form and fax to the International Office including copies of their required documents.

There is an application processing fee of $50 USD which you may submit as Bank/Demand Drafts or do an Electronic Transfer in the name of “European University of Lefke”.
Starting & Completing Your Application :
You may find below the three simple steps of starting and completing the application procedure including the required payments.
Filling out application and sending to the International Office along with required documents and processing fee $50.
After obtaining a conditional acceptance letter, send the University one year tuition fee by Electronic Transfer to the University Bank Account.
Once we obtain your tuition fee you will be sent a formal acceptance letter including a formal University receipt of payment
Action Plan for Application Procedure :
At this point of your life you are very enthusiastic of applying to a University which is considered an important investment for your future. Therefore, you may have some concerns of choosing the right course and preparing yourself with a right Action Plan to follow your dreams. This is where you can completely rely on us for guidance.
Students can come to us for advice, in order to choose the most appropriate course for themselves, start and complete the application process in due time.
The schedule below is a sample designed to help you plan your application for studying in the European University of Lefke.

February Onwards | Start obtaining info from the web or Internatä±onal Offä±ce for courses and general info such as tuition fees, living expenses, dormitory fees and procedures etc. |
March Onwards | Send your application with required documents including processing fee to the International Office (Give 2-3 weeks) |
May Onwards | Once you obtain your conditional acceptance letter be prepared to send the University your one year full tuition fee. |
June Onwards | You should expect to obtain your official acceptance letter including your formal receipt of the tuition fee payment |
July Onwards | You should be prepared to select your dormitory and send the required application and reservation fee. |
August Onwards | - Last month for application for October intake - Start applying for visa |
September Onwards | - Apply for visa if not already done so - Pre-departing briefing - Book Flights and send the International Student Office your flight details |
October | Academic Year starts |
