Public Relations & Advertisement - General Information
In the first two years the students take general humanities and mass media courses along with the students of Radio - TV - Cinema and Journalism . Third and fourth year students have been offered theoritical and practical courses in Public Relations and Advertising. The graduates mostly work at public and private sector. Some find jobs at private public relations and advertising firms.
The education emphasizes on basic knowledge of general humanities and mass media. In the third and fourth year practical and theoretical issues of contemporary public relations and advertising are being taught. The students learn to tackle the problems of lack of communication in government and private sector. During four years of education students acquainted will all aspects of media, such as print and electronic media, production techniques of radio and TV Programmes and creative process of advertising so that they can use those techniques when they plan a PR campaign.
