EUL Writing Centre
The Writing Centre, a part of English Preparatory School, offers students a place to get professional feedback without formal evaluation. The primary purpose of the Writing Centre is to guide students to become better writers and the emphasis is on teaching students rather than proofreading or “fixing” papers.
The Writing Centre is free of charge for all students; faculty and university staff and provides guidance in writing letters, applications, critiques, summaries, reviews, resumes, CVs, cover letters, paragraphs, essays and academic papers for any class.
The Writing Centre also organises monthly workshops and seminars on various academic topics such as note-taking and study skills, interviews techniques, effective study skills, exam stress, presentation skills and academic writing. The Writing Centre is located on the 3rd floor of the EPS Building and is open Monday through Friday.
