Orientation Programme For Overseas Students At EUL...
A series of informative seminars were held at EUL Intelligent Building Conference Hall on 16 Oct. 2008 within the scope of “Orientation Days” which is traditionally organized every year in order to help newly registered overseas students to get accustomed to the University and TRNC and learn about the facilities of the University.
Mehmet Yalçın, the Head of the Registrar’s Office, thanked the overseas students who registered to EUL and chose TRNC for their further education during his speech in the orientation programme. He gave some important information about the services they provide till the graduation, regulations for examination and education at the University.
Alev Lord, who provided students with the information on EUL Ertuğrul Apakan Library, stated that the library is registered to ANKOS and ULAKBİM and added that they provide online service with Ebrary, Science Direct, Engineering Village and IEEE. She also mentioned the number of the publications, seating capacity and similar subjects related to the library.
